Over deze cursus
This course is a practical training focusing on the development of professional negotiating skills which academic students need in their master education and their professional career. Theoretical insights are supplemented by practical assignments during the sessions. The aim of the assignments is to gain personal learning experiences, based on your own learning goals and improving on those goals with the tools provided. You gain the most out of this practical training by active participation and active note taking of all your ideas, thoughts, and experiences during these sessions.
Leerresultaten
After successful completion of this course students are expected to be able to:
- Understand and apply the essentials of negotiation theory
- Reflect on and adapt their own behaviour in negotiations
- Provide constructive feedback on negotiation techniques of peers
