Learning outcomes

  1. Student knows the basic supply chain structures
  2. Student is able to evaluate a given inventory policy for the basic supply chains
  3. Student understands the complexity of inventory optimization of the general supply chains
  4. Student is able to use well-known heuristics for inventory optimization
  5. Student knows the various managerial insights related to inventory control of supply chains
