Learning outcomes
- Student knows the basic supply chain structures
- Student is able to evaluate a given inventory policy for the basic supply chains
- Student understands the complexity of inventory optimization of the general supply chains
- Student is able to use well-known heuristics for inventory optimization
- Student knows the various managerial insights related to inventory control of supply chains
