Leerresultaten

After the successful completion of the course, students should be able to:

  1. Develop a critical understanding of the contemporary leadership and self-management models, theories and approaches necessary to navigate the future world of work;

  2. Understanding the effect of leadership on important individual- (e.g. work engagement) and organizational level (e.g. performance) outcomes;

  3. Understanding different approaches towards leadership development and self-management;

  4. Apply in an individual setting and take different perspectives from peers on different leadership strategies (e.g., coaching);

  5. Develop a comprehensive report with concrete solutions based on the diagnosis of a complex leadership problem;

  6. Develop evidence-based solutions, drawing from the latest scientific advancements in organizational psychology, to address complex leadership challenges
