About this course
More than ever, companies rely on excellent performance to survive and thrive in their industries. Hence, what do high performing individuals, teams, and organizations do differently from those with poor or average performance? This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of how individual and situational factors interact in influencing organizational behavior and performance. The course consists of plenary lectures, online microlectures, and a group assignment. For the group assignment, students will choose a topic that they want to study more in depth. Topics may vary each year depending on the expertise of the lecturers. Possible topics are interventions using goal setting, job crafting, and burnout.
